Every package includes custom design (not a template), responsive mobile-first build, basic on-page SEO, Google Business Profile setup, and a handover briefing. Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks from the time we receive your content and sign-off. Timeline depends on package complexity and how quickly we get your content. We keep you updated at every stage so there are no surprises.

We'll send you a content checklist and brief via email (usually a Google Doc or Drive folder link). It covers your branding (logo, colours), any images or copy you have, and your business goals. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready — we can guide you through what's needed and even help with copy on select packages.

The two buy-online packages (Single Page and Multi-Page Website) can be purchased immediately via Stripe. Supported payment methods vary by card issuer. For Custom Website and Web Application projects, we work on a proposal basis — typically a deposit at start and balance on delivery.

Yes — our Essential Care plan ($129/month inc. GST) covers ongoing updates, performance monitoring, security patches, hosting management, and priority support. It's included free for the first 90 days on our buy-online packages (Single Page and Multi-Page Website), so you have time to decide if you need ongoing support.

Hosting is separate to the build fee. For Next.js sites we deploy to Vercel (enterprise-grade CDN, free SSL) — you'll have your own Vercel account. For WordPress sites we advise on a managed hosting plan. We can also assist with domain registration through standard registrars. All infrastructure costs are outlined clearly before you commit.

All our sites are built with solid on-page SEO foundations: semantic HTML, fast load times, meta tags, and a sitemap. Schema markup (structured data) is included on Multi-Page and custom packages. We also assist with connecting your Google Business Profile to your new site. Deeper SEO work (content strategy, ongoing optimisation) is available for Multi-Page and Custom packages. Ranking takes time regardless of who builds your site, but ours start in the right position.

Standard packages are built on Next.js (React) — the same framework used by major brands — delivering exceptional performance, great SEO, and a fast, maintainable codebase. Where a client's priority is hands-on self-editing, we can also build on WordPress. We'll recommend the best platform for your goals during the briefing. Either way, you receive full access and documentation on completion.

Every package includes a revision round before final delivery. We start with a design brief and wireframe sign-off, so by the time we're building, you've already approved the direction. In the unlikely event something's off, we'll work through it together — your satisfaction is the goal.
