1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Beaut Websites website and the services provided by Beaut Websites Int Pty Ltd (ABN 49 692 251 933, ACN 692 251 933) ("Beaut Websites", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Beaut Websites provides web design, web development, and related digital services as described on our website. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are outlined in the applicable package description or project proposal.

3. Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. A tax invoice will be issued upon payment.

4. Payment

For online packages, payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable charge to your nominated payment method.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which sets out the conditions under which refunds may be available. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to supply all required content (text, images, branding assets) in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content supply may affect the agreed timeline and are not the responsibility of Beaut Websites.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website content and design. Any third-party licences (plugins, themes, fonts) remain subject to their respective licence terms. Beaut Websites retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Essential Care Plan

Instant-purchase packages include a 90-day Essential Care trial. The trial begins on your website launch (go-live date), not at the time of purchase. Thereafter, you may continue on a paid care plan or arrange a handover to self-management. See the applicable package page for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beaut Websites' liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Promotions & Offers

From time to time, Beaut Websites may offer promotional pricing, bonus inclusions, or limited-time offers ("Promotions"). The following terms apply to all Promotions:

• Promotions are available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
• Eligibility requirements (if any) will be communicated at the time of the offer (e.g., via banner, checkout copy, or email). Beaut Websites reserves the right to verify eligibility.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• The promotional benefit will be noted in the project confirmation or onboarding email. If you believe a Promotion was not applied correctly, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• Promotions apply to new engagements only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders.
• Beaut Websites reserves the right to discontinue or modify any Promotion at any time to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
